    Separate grape harvest at the beginning of October. Fermentation in separate steel wine vats. Blending of the masses before aging in French oak tonneaux. Bottled for at least two years. Age of the vineyard: 70 years. This blend comes from vineyards that have been cultivated continuously since 1950. A complex wine, balanced and decisive at the same time. On the nose, red fruit, rosehip, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is compact and juicy with well-present but velvety tannins. A wine for all traditional Piedmontese dishes. Average alcohol content of vintages: 14%.
