    Harvested in the first week of September. Fermentation and aging in temperature-controlled steel wine vats. Batonnage three times a week until bottling. Vineyard age: 15 years. A straw-yellow wine, bright with delicate greenish reflections. The nose reveals floral aromas and hints of fresh fruit, with a hint of herbaceousness. Fresh and pleasant on the palate, it is dry, fruity, and appropriately savory. Average alcohol content of vintages: 13%.
