Our Wines

Canavese wines share characteristics influenced by mild temperatures and the constant benefit of general ventilation from the nearby Alps of Valle d’Aosta and significant temperature variations between day and night, particularly in the period leading up to the harvest. All types of wines have excellent acidity and sapidity and low polyphenolic content, organoleptic characteristics typical of products obtained from soils rich in mineral salts, present in geographical areas with a morainic structure.

The lower slopes of the Serra Morenica d’Ivrea frame our vineyards, which are exposed to the east-west, always sunny and well ventilated. The soil promotes the drainage of residual water and the penetration of roots deep into the ground, resulting in vigorous vineyards and high-quality grapes. For over thirty years, we have adhered to the ‘integrated pest management’ protocol, which has led to SQNPI certification since 2023.
