    Early harvest at the end of August and soft air pressing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel wine vats. Batonnage three times a week until bottling. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months. Age of the vineyard: 15 years. Classic sparkling wine made from pure white grapes, which form the basis of our white wines, with a fine, persistent perlage. Fresh and pleasant on the palate, it is dry, fruity, and savory on the finish. Excellent as an aperitif. Average alcohol content of vintages: 12.5%.
