Description
Harvested in early October. Fermentation in steel wine vats for 12 months. Aged in French oak tonneaux and then bottled for at least two years. Vineyard age: 16 years.
A garnet red wine with slight orange reflections. The nose reveals floral hints of violet, fresh fruit, and pepper. On the palate, it reveals the classic characteristics of Nebbiolo and the perfect balance between acidity and minerality typical of our morainic soils. On the palate, it is warm, dry, full-bodied, aromatic, and persistent. Average alcohol content of vintages: 13.5%.
